Tour Plan

0 Delhi to McLeodganj

Departure: Meet at Kashmere Gate ISBT or Majnu Ka Tila at 7 PM, and board the Volvo bus to McLeodganj.
Journey: The bus ride will take approximately 11-12 hours, covering a distance of around 500 km. Enjoy the overnight journey.

1 Trek from McLeodganj to Triund (4-5 hours)

Arrival: Reach McLeodganj by 8 AM.
Breakfast: Enjoy tea and breakfast upon arrival.
Trek Details: After breakfast, begin the trek from McLeodganj’s main chowk towards Triund hill. The trek covers a distance of 9 km and will take around 5-6 hours. The trail, with some gradual ascents, passes through dense pine forests, offering stunning valley views along the way.
Triund: At 2,875 meters (9,432 feet) above sea level, Triund offers panoramic views of the Kangra Valley. After reaching, relax, enjoy the scenic surroundings, and have dinner. Overnight stay in camps.

2 Triund to McLeodganj & Return to Delhi

Morning: Wake up to mesmerizing views of the Dhauladhars.
Explore: After breakfast, spend some time on Triund Hill, soaking in the beauty.
Descent: Begin your downhill trek towards McLeodganj, which typically takes less time.
Arrival: Reach McLeodganj by 4 PM. Afterward, explore the local area and enjoy some time at a café.
Return: Board the Volvo bus back to Delhi in the evening.
Arrival in Delhi: Reach Delhi early the next morning.
